Ceramics

We use recycled packaging materials as much as possible. The ceramics are wrapped very well so the risk of breakage will be at a minimum. 

Not dishwasher safe - Corrosive detergents, softness of the water, too much detergent, very hot water, and other factors beyond our control can lead to deterioration of the glazed and golden surface. That is why it is important to wash them by hand with warm water and straight after use.
 
We recommend using soft side of the sponge and being extra careful with golden surfaces, as putting too much pressure with rough side can cause damage to the glaze and, in future, leave space for stains.

Sure! You can fill in all the details of the person you want to send it to and if you would like our to put in a special card, you can write down in the note section what you would like our to write. We will make sure the package will be wrapped nicely as a gift. 

We will announce new shop updates on our Instagram. We add new items to the shop regularly. It is not guaranteed that we will make an item again, some products are one of a kind and therefor unique. However, please follow us on Instagram to have an update on when the new items will be added to the shop again. 

Payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard, iDEAL, PayPal, Sofort and Shop Pay. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Shipping

All the items purchased via the website are usually send within 5 workdays after receiving the order.

You can track your order status on a tracking page that you have received in your mailbox.

In case the carrier does not succeed in delivering the item to you because you weren't at home, please try reaching the carrier via email and/or telephone. If this is not solving the problem please contact us at info@ceyadesign.com and we’ll help you.

If the carrier eventually ships the item back to us, and you still want it, you'll have to pay for the shipping costs. Otherwise we'll refund the full amount without the original shipment costs. 

Chances of receiving damaged item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of the item which shows defect clearly & contact us to check if it's eligible for replacement within 48 hours after receiving your package.
